- Supervise postgraduate student research projects and contribute to the department's research profile.
- A PhD in Physics or a closely related field from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in teaching Physics at the university or college level.
- Excellent knowledge of pedagogical methods and assessment strategies relevant to higher education.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both a team and independently.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety protocols.
