An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (10+ years’ PQE) to join a highly regarded and expanding Private Client team in Mansfield.
The Role
You will advise on a wide range of private client matters, including:
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance tax and succession planning
- Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection cases and Trusts (where relevant)
The role will involve managing complex matters, providing commercially focused advice, and maintaining excellent client relationships. You’ll also play a key part in mentoring colleagues, sharing expertise and supporting the department’s continued growth.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 10 years’ experience in private client work
- Proven ability in business development and a strong billing history
- Excellent client care skills, with the ability to advise individuals including high-net-worth clients
- Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills (MS Office and case management systems)
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport (essential)
- STEP membership (advantageous)
