Our tier one client is looking for Graduate Researcher for their Education practice. This practice works with some of the most prestigious schools and universities across the world having recently completed searches in the US/Canada/HK/SE Asia.
Whilst you are completing your training, you will assist the existing team of Researchers in identifying talented individuals for the clients. This is done by understanding a businesses demands, mapping relevant markets, identifying and approaching people and assessing their interest and fit for a particular role. My clients intention is to advance you to a point where you are able to work alongside Consultants, Principals or Partners and solely manage the entirety of the research process
The role requires persistence, creativity and a thoroughly meticulous approach; highly demanding but immensely rewarding. You will be efficient at establishing and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates as well as internally. The successful hire will be joining a great team with 4 fee earners, headed up by an experienced Partner who has an amazing reputation within the industry. All those who work with him see him a strong mentor and leader.
The successful hire will have a strong education; academics are very important for this role as there is a lot of academic writing within this role, which has to be accurate first time every time.
