Job Purpose
Working with the senior demand planner to help deliver an accurate forecast for 700 products across,14 sales channels and 2 territories in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders. Improving predictability of our sales volumes, you'll positively impact the customers service levels and support inventory optimisation.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years supply chain experience (either demand or supply planning)
- Previous experience of planning systems such as (e.g. FuturMaster, SAP)
- Excellent analytical skills coupled with a continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiency and process enhancements.
- Stakeholder management experience, including the ability to build strong cross-department relationships, supported by robust interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Aptitude for working with data systems and analytics tools such as Power BI
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Collaborate with the Demand function to co-create accurate and aligned volume demand plans for specific segments and customers, covering short, medium, and long-term horizons
- Facilitate periodic demand reviews with each key account manager during forecast alignment meetings, ensuring alignment on demand communicated to the entire local business through the S&OP process
- Maintain & ensure excellent data quality in planning systems; managing product launches, delists and route to market changes in planning system.
- Track forecast accuracy; measuring and reporting on SFA / BIAS, identifying root cause of deviations and implementing corrective or preventative action
- Identify potential improvements and automate or streamline manual processes to reduce cycle time.

- Direct management of engineers (4-8) mentoring, addressing performance issues and carrying regular 1-2-1 in line with the dealership policy. Provide guidance and mentoring to engineers to ensure delivery of high levels of customers’ satisfaction whilst maintaining service profitability.
- Uses customer feedback and key service metrics to continually improve the experience and deliver the desired business performance. Using data identified, can use the information to drive continuous improvements in customer experience and performance.

About the Role
The Individual Inclusion Instructor will lead on and support others in the delivery of Individual Inclusive timetables to individual students both onsite and offsite with the objective of reintegrating students back into the class.
Key Responsibilities
- To work alongside the Deputy Head: Wellbeing, Senco and TEP Instructor to map out and delivery therapeutic, social and educational aspects of Individual Inclusion Plans (IIP).
- To collaboratively lead in the assessment of student’s progress toward set goals including updating relevant parts of Evidence for Learning and SOLAR assessment framework and student learning passports
- To work 1:1 with a variety of students both onsite and offsite to deliver bespoke and purposeful intervention
- To plan, monitor and evaluate individual inclusion plans
- To attend and contribute to relevant meetings in relation to students you are supporting (Annual Reviews, PEPs, CIC and Pupil Progress Meetings)
