knowledge and experience of working with franchise models
·Previous experience in a multi-site role within Operations, having preferably worked in hospitality or retail

Key Accountabilities:

To lead a Region of circa 25 franchised kiosks to deliver exceptional standards against our key business metrics consisting of People, Customer, Sales and Profit. The region will comprise of a blend of corporately owned and franchised sites, and you will be responsible for driving the financial performance of both.
