Responsibilities

• Work with our UK, Ireland and European clients, helping them develop their use of the OMJ products and upgrading them to new services
• Identify prospective clients
• Develop leads, demonstrate our products and convert into sales
• Continuously identify prospective customer leads in key markets in Europe
• Option to travel to meet clients and potential clients in UK, Ireland, Europe and trading hubs across the world. 

Qualifications

• A university degree or a proven track record in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team structure and communicate well with new and existing clients
• A strong ability to pitch to clients and close deals. A previous history in any form of selling will be an advantage
• The ability to consult, negotiate, advise and persuade with a professional phone manner
• Excellent numeracy and IT literacy with experience in using Microsoft Office and fluency in using the Internet & Email
• A full driving licence
• General interest in technology or markets
• High self motivation and the ability to organise and manage your time
• A good standard of English. A second language is an advantage

The primary focus of this 6-month temporary CPM role is to maintain beer dispense equipment across Northern Ireland for our client Diageo.

Every member of the CPM team contributes to the overall growth of our business. People are at the core of CPMs business proposition so as a key member of the QSP team this role is expected to make a significant contribution to delivering value for our client demonstrating initiative to drive best practice and continuous improvement. A “can-do” attitude combined with a customer-centric focus is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:

·    Completing dispense line hygiene procedure to a scheduled journey plan.

·    To respond to and resolve customer Emergency Calls.

·    Accurate management of equipment stocks in district.

·    Accurate recording of Diageo Ireland assets in trade.

·    Stock and equipment reporting in trade.

·    Product Quality Tracking and reporting.

·    To conduct Age of Beer reporting and return beer tagging.

·    To build and maintain strong customer relationships.

·    To assist with outlet refurbishments and system upgrades when required.

·    To conduct tap resites when required.

·    The installation and withdrawal of dispense equipment to include permanent and temporary equipment when required.

·    Delivery and placement of POS material and basic merchandising when required.

·    All of the above to be completed to company standard and within all specified SLA’s.

·    To operate in an effective, efficient, and professional manner when completing all tasks and representing CPM and client.

·    To work within industry health and safety standards.

·    To generate new ideas and ways of working.

·    To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers.

·    To always ensure that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks.

·    To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager.

Experience:

• Full driving licence is essential.
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
