What you'll do:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Leading the team to Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients, industries, and markets.
- Moving at Pace: The ability to multitask at pace, identify quick wins within the prospect base, qualify and close.
- Accountability: Forecasting in this role is of vital importance, you will be expected to deliver a commitment for the team and play a pivotal role in driving sales to close.

You will work alongside the leadership team, sharing key data and information that can be shared with the Headteacher and Governors on a termly basis. Coordinate and lead others within the welfare team, ensuring that resources are effectively used to promote a calm & safe environment, making them an integral part of the schools support systems.
Work under the instruction / guidance of the SLT and support the welfare, development and behaviour of all pupils and staff, enabling access to learning for pupils and modelling of appropriate and relevant interventions for staff and to support and assist in the accurate implementation and development of school policies, modelling a high standard of intervention when supporting pupils and staff.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support and engage pupils with complex SEMH needs
- Help prepare and deliver engaging classroom activities
- Provide emotional and physical support
- Work closely with teachers and support staff
- Be trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), which includes safe use of physical intervention strategies
You’ll play a key part in guiding our pupils through their learning journeys, helping them overcome barriers and achieve far more than they thought possible.

- Have GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Are adaptable, patient, and proactive
- Thrive in a team environment and enjoy collaborative working

Experience supporting children with additional needs is welcomed, but not essential – we provide full training and a supportive induction.
