We are looking for a unique individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Advisor. This role is ultimately about growing the membership numbers and increasing income. However, aside from selling memberships to new prospects this role is also about being the start of the membership retention process for that individual too.

We are looking for someone who has strong interpersonal and customer facing skills. You will be a proactive member of the team and someone who is able to go above and beyond to reach sales targets. We are looking for someone who can be a representative for the Freedom Leisure brand and able to build an excellent rapport with new and existing customers. We would prefer that you have knowledge of sales, but this is not essential.

Hours: up to 37 hours a week, Monday to Sunday (rota basis)

• Previous sales experience

We are looking for enthusiastic Swim Teachers, to join our friendly and professional team. You will be part of our successful Swim School team, teaching either in a group or individual lessons. You will need to have a passion for swimming and teaching ensuring that excellent customer service is being delivered at all times. The candidate must hold a Level 2 Swim Teacher Qualification however the relevant full training will be provided to the most suitable candidate.

Requirements

• To teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the Leisure Centre’s swimming lesson programme, according to qualification, training and experience
• To communicate with the children’s parents/guardians concerning their development, and advise on their progression through the programme
• To assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
• Excellent communication skills with a genuine desire to work closely with customers.
• An ability to deal with children and their parents
• Level 2 Swim Teaching qualification is desirable
• DBS check
