The role:
We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Fieldstone School based in Devon. The postholder will work collaboratively with both the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload. Working collaboratively with the team, the postholder will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students who may present with complex profiles of need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. Meeting the needs of EHCP plans will be a primary focus in this role, target led, via the OFG ‘all’, ‘group’ and ‘individual’ clinical ways of working, embedded into our clinical practice. They will also be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team and leading on the service development of the clinical school-based service, alongside the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.

Essential Criteria:
- Degree or Masters in Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychotherapy or Doctorate in Psychology
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. BPS
- Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs.
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work dynamically and within a growing and developing clinical service

- Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle

As the Pricing Lead for Sky Protect you will be responsible for data modelling and analytics of our Home Insurance product.
What you'll do:
- Using internal and external data sources to perform analyses and make change recommendations.
- Have a detailed understanding of the insurance market and use a variety of different sources to help identify and describe changing behaviours.
- Undertake research to identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and rating by using new and innovative techniques.
- Work with our underwriters to grow Skys customer base and footprint.
- Help with the implementation of price changes and the monitoring of the impacts.
- Ensure control and governance processes are following and that adequate documentation is maintained.
- Work within a small focused Pricing team as part of the wider Sky Protect team.
- Proven years experience in the insurance industry in a pricing/ analytics role, preferably within household insurance.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages, preferably within GCP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player with strong collaboration and ability to manage multiple projects.

The Role
The purpose of a Mechanical Shift Technician is to maintain conditions of operating equipment by repair or replacement of failed components, troubleshooting and repairing routine mechanical problems on assigned equipment, conduct preventative maintenance on various manufacturing and packaging equipment, document WO's/PM's using computerised maintenance management system.
Support operations in equipment setup and adjustments to centreline operational output of assigned equipment, participate on MSE teams, train operators in AM activities, and conduct Breakdown Analysis
