- Integrate monitoring tools with CI/CD pipelines , infrastructure as code , and automation frameworks .
- Develop and maintain dashboards and alerting rules to support proactive incident detection and resolution.
- Apply DevOps and SRE principles to improve system reliability , reduce toil , and enhance operational workflows .
- Contribute to the evolution and the optimization of monitoring architectures , adopting modern development practices such as containerization , microservices , and API- first design.
- Participate in code reviews , technical discussions , and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Support the onboarding and customization of third-party monitoring solutions and external components , ensuring seamless integrati on with existing infrastructure .
- Play a key role in connecting strategy and analysis wit development and platform operations , fostering alignment and shared ownership throughout the entire monitoring lifec ycle -from requirement definition to solution design and implementation .
- Proven experience in developing and integrating monitoring solutions , ideally with tools like Dataminer , Grafana , or similar platforms .
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices , including CI/CD, infrastructure as code , versioning and automation.
- Expertise with DevOps and cloud -native tools .
- Familiarity with SRE principles , especially around observability , incident response , and reducing operational toil .
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as C# and Python .
- Experience working with APIs , telemetry systems , and data pipelines for metrics and logs .
- Ability to design and maintain custom dashboards , alerting logic , and monitoring workflows .
- Knowledge of containerized environments ( e.g ., Docker, Kubernetes ) and cloud -native architectures .

- Lead Video Monitoring Initiatives: Direct strategic initiatives focused on defining and implementing monitoring requirements across operational domains, ensuring alignment with service reliability goals and operational excellence. Actively engage with operational teams to guide them in identifying key monitoring needs and supervise the development of scalable, integrated monitoring solutions.
- Innovate and Improve : Push the boundaries of current video monitoring by researching and integrating the latest monitoring solutions , and technological advancements to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Leverage Data for Monitoring Excellence: Champion a data-driven approach to monitoring by utilizing operational metrics, logs, telemetry, and analytics to identify trends, detect anomalies, and uncover optimization opportunities. Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to build intelligent dashboards, predictive models, and advanced alerting systems that enhance visibility, responsiveness, and the ability to anticipate incidents before they impact service quality.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong bridges across diverse team functions. You'll play a key role in connecting strategy and analysis with data insights and platform operations, fostering alignment and shared ownership throughout the entire monitoring lifecycle -from requirement definition to solution design and implementation .
- Collaborate with Cross- Functional Teams : Work closely with the Product Team, Core Engineering Team, Video Engineering Team as well as with Architects to align monitoring capabilities with market needs and the overall product architecture , ensuring seamless integration and performance scalability .
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively , manage budgets for video monitoring projects , and oversee the monitoring engineering team to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget .
- Expertise in Systems reliability and monitoring: deep understanding of operational approaches, with a background in developing monitoring and observability solutions.
- Understanding of end-to-end video processing workflows, with a strong background in designing solutions for high-demand broadcast environments.
- Leadership and Team Management Skills : Proven ability to lead a team of engineers , fostering an environment of innovation , accountability , collaboration , and driving projects to successful completion .
- Strategic Vision: Ability to see the bigger picture and align video monitoring strategies with broader company goals, driving innovation while maintaining both practical project management and operational excellence.
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of strategic objectives and proactively drives initiatives that align with and support the successful execution of the organizational vision.
