About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our expanding multi-disciplinary team and work with students in school settings.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in unlocking students' potential by assessing their needs for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and providing specialised interventions. This is achieved by working collaboratively with multidisciplinary and teaching teams across various school settings to ensure that interventions are effectively integrated into the student’s daily life. A key function is equipping teaching staff with the skills to confidently support students in achieving their occupational therapy goals.
In your role as Occupational Therapist, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of students' sensory, motor, and self-care skills for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), as well as developing and implementing individualised intervention plans and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate these goals into the student's learning environment. The role also involves evaluating intervention effectiveness, providing training to teaching staff, and maintaining accurate documentation. About the role
London Children's Practice seeks a dedicated and skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic and supportive team. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload for clients aged 0-18, conducting comprehensive assessments using both standardised and non-standardised tools. About the role
As a Clinical Psychologist at the London Children's Practice, you will deliver a specialist, person-centred psychology service across a variety of school environments. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and teaching staff, you will provide targeted interventions and psychological assessments for pupils with complex needs, including those with developmental trauma, neurodivergence, or SEMH needs, while also assessing students for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). - Registered with the HCPC

Experience of delivering change programmes outside the UK
A good understanding of current employment legislation
Project management, change management and stakeholder management skills
Experience of working in a highly matrixed organisation
Solid appreciation of the importance of recognising cultural and geographic sensitivities
Excellent analytical and data skills; be confident around data
Excel to an intermediate level, and so experienced in merging sheets, data management, pivot tables, vlookups, and handling large amounts of data in Excel, and preferably able to use formulas to do quality checking of data
