What you will be doing
You will primarily be responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and commissioning industrial water chillers. You will work independently and as part of a team, providing technical support for breakdowns, installations, and maintenance.
Respond to service calls efficiently, conducting risk assessments before work.
Perform maintenance, repair, and fault diagnosis on a variety of Carrier and third-party chillers, including air-cooled, water-cooled, screw, scroll, centrifugal, and reciprocating systems.
Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults, troubleshoot complex technical issues both on-site and remotely, and interpret wiring diagrams, P&ID drawings, and pressure enthalpy diagrams.
Commission standard and large-capacity chillers, ensuring system-wide installation compliance and providing technical advice to customers.
Work closely with customers, attend meetings, and offer expert technical guidance with minimal supervision.
Oversee technicians on large sites, support junior engineers and apprentices, and assist Carrier’s Training Manager in delivering technical courses.
Ensure adherence to F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards, and provide clear service reports via our digital platform.
Act as an SME in areas such as centrifugal compressor rebuilds, absorption chillers, and chiller sequencing controls.
What we are looking for
City & Guilds Qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
F-Gas Qualified (Category 1)
HNC / ONC in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (preferred)
Experience with Carrier and other manufacturers’ Chillers and equipment.

The role:
We are looking for a Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Higford school.
Following an extensive upgrade to the school site and Clinical spaces, we are excited to invite applications from Occupational Therapists with a passion for supporting young people with diverse profiles, embedding independence and sensory processing into the timetable. Working collaboratively with the education team, you will assess and plan interventions for our cohort of students, with the support of an OT Assistant and the Clinical Site Lead.
You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Occupational Therapy Ways of Working. This will guide your practice within an education setting and clarify your roles and responsibilities, while taking into account the requirements of your governing and professional bodies. You will be given responsibility for holding an occupational therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.

Essential Criteria:
Recognised Occupational Therapy degree
HCPC registered and member of RCOT
Relevant experience in a previously held job (LD, SEMH, neurodivergence)
Enhanced knowledge and clinical understanding of OT theory and its practical application
Experience of multi-disciplinary working in a range of settings, with some responsibility for service & team performance
Experience of communicating with/working with families/relatives and carers
Good communication including relationship, analytical and judgemental skills
Clear understanding of the relationship between behaviour and communication
Clear understanding of physical needs, dexterity, coordination and sensory skills for assessment and treatment of client group
Clear understanding of other developmental needs that may impact on an individual and skills needed for independence
Up to date knowledge of a range of approaches relating to neurodivergence, learning disability and trauma informed practice
Knowledge of legislation and its implications for both clinical practice and professional management in relation to the client group
Good clinical reasoning skills and able to confidently express rationale
Able to engage in quality improvement and enhanced service delivery
Understanding of information governance, confidentiality and record keeping standards
Ability to work collaboratively as part of the multi-disciplinary team, as well as support with supervision of staff and students
Sound knowledge of different assessment tools, intervention programmes and formulation of treatment plans from a range of OT modalities

About the Role This is a rewarding, fixed-term opportunity to deliver a highly personalised and therapeutic curriculum to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, autism (ASC), and associated developmental differences. About the role
We are seeking an experienced Chiller Engineer to join our team covering London and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge HVAC technology, providing high-quality service and support to our valued customers.
What you will be doing
You will primarily be responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and commissioning industrial water chillers. You will work independently and as part of a team, providing technical support for breakdowns, installations, and maintenance.
Respond to service calls efficiently, conducting risk assessments before work.
Perform maintenance, repair, and fault diagnosis on a variety of Carrier and third-party chillers, including air-cooled, water-cooled, screw, scroll, centrifugal, and reciprocating systems.
Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults, troubleshoot complex technical issues both on-site and remotely, and interpret wiring diagrams, P&ID drawings, and pressure enthalpy diagrams.
Commission standard and large-capacity chillers, ensuring system-wide installation compliance and providing technical advice to customers.
Work closely with customers, attend meetings, and offer expert technical guidance with minimal supervision.
Oversee technicians on large sites, support junior engineers and apprentices, and assist Carrier’s Training Manager in delivering technical courses.
Ensure adherence to F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards, and provide clear service reports via our digital platform.
Act as an SME in areas such as centrifugal compressor rebuilds, absorption chillers, and chiller sequencing controls.
What we are looking for
City & Guilds Qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
F-Gas Qualified (Category 1)
HNC / ONC in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (preferred)
Experience with Carrier and other manufacturers’ Chillers and equipment.
Ability to work on commercial and industrial HVAC systems, troubleshooting complex breakdowns.
Full UK Driving Licence (or equivalent).
Strong understanding of refrigeration circuits, thermodynamics, and control systems.
Experience working in a Technician or Engineer role in the HVAC industry.
