Family Solicitor/Legal Executive/Family Lawyer – Hybrid – Torquay, Paignton, Newton Abbot

Your Role:
You’ll manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, such as:
- Divorce, separation and civil partnership cases
- Financial settlements and cohabitee disputes
- Private children law matters (child arrangements, parental responsibility, etc)
- Occasionally handle Legal Aid family work (useful but not essential)
- Play a key role in maintaining and developing the firm’s client relationships and reputation
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Family Solicitor , Legal Executive (CILEx) , or Family Lawyer with at least 2 years’ PQE
- Solid background in family and matrimonial law
- Commercial awareness and the confidence to build long-term client relationships
- A proactive, forward-thinking approach — ideal for those keen to develop and lead a team
