The CIP Lead will be representing UK F-35 Sustainment at F-35 Program Working Groups and BAE Systems Flight Ops Functional Meetings based on their leadership role at Marham.

This position will also act as the BAE Systems Pilot Subject Matter Expert for F-35 Lightning II, interfacing with the wider US Programmes, Training and Flight Operations Teams/Functions as required to enhance our customer offering and delivery.

This position will also act as the BAE Systems Pilot Subject Matter Expert for F-35 Lightning II, interfacing with the wider US Programmes, Training and Flight Operations Teams/Functions as required to enhance our customer offering and delivery.

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and other support staff to help students achieve their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) outcomes. You’ll play a vital part in empowering pupils with the confidence, tools, and skills they need to thrive in school and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to students in line with individual learning needs and EHCPs
  • Help develop students’ communication, social, and life skills through structured activities
  • Assist in delivering high-quality learning both in the classroom and in community settings
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and families
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to planning and progress reviews

Who We're Looking For

You’ll be someone who:

  • Is compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting young people with autism and additional needs
  • Thrives in a challenging yet rewarding educational environment
  • Understands or has an interest in autism and SEN
  • Has relevant experience in an education, care, or support setting (preferred but not essential)
  • Holds English and Maths at Grade C / 4 or above, or equivalent qualifications
  • Is eager to learn, grow and make a genuine impact
