Overall purpose of the role:
The role holder will support the Workforce Change and Restructuring delivery model pan Barclays and will be allocated projects across the entities.

Support and drive the HR workstream for change programmes such as restructuring, LEE transfers, outsourcing, in sourcing, new site set up, pan entity and across our global locations leveraging in country HRBP, ER and other specialist HR functions as required.

Experience working on Tupe projects/programmes
Experience of leading large scale/multiple change programmes
Experience of delivering change programmes outside the UK
A good understanding of current employment legislation
Project management, change management and stakeholder management skills
Experience of working in a highly matrixed organisation
Solid appreciation of the importance of recognising cultural and geographic sensitivities
Excellent analytical and data skills; be confident around data

The Practical bits
- You’ll manage your own diary and we’re open to agree a working pattern with you.
- We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our local services or out in our communities, with the rest from home. As you’re covering a large geographical patch there will be a fair bit of travel to our services and teams.

Location: Braintree, Bishop's Stortford
Salary: National £33,592 - £46,189 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyors to join our team covering Braintree, Bishop's Stortford and surrounding areas .
Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager you'll be responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders.
You'll plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards.
We'll look to you to undertake building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks. You'll carry out major void inspections and ensure that work is completed in line with KPIs and make recommendations based on survey findings.
It is essential that you have a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and are a member of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB.
