The S2P ‘ Direct Procurement ’ Expert in S/4HANA play a critical role in overseeing the SAP S4/HANA global implementation (“Digital Core” program). This S2P expert in ‘ Direct Procurement ’ will lead the S2P DT team in ensuring that deliverables and testing are provided with quality and on time into the transformation process. As a Senior S/4HANA Expert, the S2P ‘Direct Procurement ’ Expert will support stakeholders' engagements and perform delivery of the S2P solutions working alongside Common Edge and SIs, focusing on the following topics: Procure to Receipt for Direct Materials, Purchasing Pricing, Return for Purchase Orders, among other processes. The leadership provided by this role will be instrumental in achieving the company’s transformational objectives, ensuring that implementations run smoothly and with the appropriate level of risk management, controls, and security rigour.
What are we looking for?Experience working in sizeable and complex digital transformations in large global, organisations resulting in high adoption of new tools
Experience with S/4 HANA transformation
Demonstrable experience with Source to Pay processes, with a focus on Procure to Pay for Direct Materials, Purchasing Pricing, Return for Purchase Orders , and with new functionalities in these areas in S/4HANA.
Proven experience gathering and analysing S2P Business requirements and processes from stakeholders.

The QFS Senior Technical Analyst plays a critical role in driving the successful implementation and design of S4 Hana and critical Edge systems to support Outbound Traceability & Incident Management needs. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the alignment of Q&FS capability design with organisational goals, translating business needs into technical solutions, and supporting the delivery of new capabilities.
What are we looking for?Extensive and hands-on SAP experience (config, delivery, post-go-live) across QM and Logistics.
Multiple fill lifecycle SAP implementation (preferably including S/4 Hana and GBT).
Deep functional knowledge of Quality Management & Logistics processes
Ability to assess the impact of changes on stakeholders and develop strategies to mitigate resistance

Validate the architectural design of the Q&FS S4 landscape, facilitating conversations with other technology teams (e.g. Architecture, SI, etc.)
Coordinate activities with other Mars DT teams to support S4 interface development.
Collaborate with business teams to develop test plans and scripts, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure that the new tool meets quality standards and business requirements.
Define the criteria for new capability deployment in collaboration with Global and Regional Functional experts and oversee their completion for a successful handover.
Support the Mars Digital Technologies program lead in setting the right priorities for the Enterprise Transformation Program.
Ensure that effective deployment documentation is created and complete.
