We're on the lookout for warm-hearted, proactive Male Support Workers to join our growing team in beautiful Haverfordwest, Wales. You'll be supporting a fantastic male client living with an acquired brain injury (ABI), helping him live life with dignity, comfort, and joy. Whether you prefer day shifts (8am8pm) or wake nights (8pm8am), each moment is a chance to bring companionship, confidence, and care right into the heart of his home.

Passionate about allowing client to exercise choice and control over their own lives as far as they are able in everyday matters as much as possibleWillingness to learn and developExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWilling to learn about different cultures and beliefsMaintain professional boundaries with the client and their family members, adhering to direction from the care manager as appropriate

• Starting basic salary up to £20,000 per annum, subject to sales performance.
• First year uncapped on-target earnings of £5,000+ based on sales performance and customer service scores.

• Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles you are selling
• Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service
• Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives
• Meeting Car Sales Targets
• Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories.
