Skills and experience
- Must have a Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent OR time served experience
- Must have a full drivers licence with no more than 9 points
- Experience of delivering interim, full and major services plus relevant repair and replacement work (brakes, suspension and steering component replacement, air con service etc)

What you’ll be doing:

Managing all the safety requirements that filter down from whole boat into combat systems – safety requirements flow down and recording in DOORS

Managing Requirements Decomposition (DSRs / 4SFRs / 5SFRs) once the Safety Team have completed their Analysis

Delivering reports into Senior Engineering Manager for safety requirements process

Liaising with Subsystems, Safety Team, and Suppliers with regards to Safety Requirements

Providing the Safety Team/Subsystems with specialist support in assisting in the carrying out of a Gap Analysis between Formal Safety Requirements and assumptive Safety Requirements placed on suppliers by the Sub-systems teams
