 Property Litigation Solicitor — Position Overview: 
 
 Two opportunities are available: 
- Senior role: 15+ years PQE
- Junior role: 5+ years PQE
Both positions involve managing a broad property litigation caseload across residential and commercial work, with responsibility for advising claimants and defendants in county court and high court matters.
 
 Key Responsibilities of the Property Litigation Solicitor: 
   
- Handle residential and commercial possession proceedings
- Advise on leases, forfeiture, and dilapidations
- Manage 1954 Act claims for both claimants and defendants
- Deal with adverse possession and squatters’ actions
- Handle general contract claims and disputes
- Run claims in both county court and high court under the CPR
- Manage and organise a busy caseload, delegating where appropriate
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
 Requirements of the Property Litigation Solicitor:  
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ or 15+ years PQE in property litigation
- Strong knowledge of CPR and litigation procedures in county court and high court
- Experience acting for both claimants and defendants
- Commercially minded with excellent drafting and advocacy skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively and delegate where necessary
