Reporting to the Commercial Partnerships & Enablement Manager, you will be part of the Managed Services Team, driving operational and financial performance while delivering world-class customer care. Your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of Hologic's Managed Service Offering for selected customers across the UK.

In this pivotal role you will build and maintain strong partnerships with our customers, ensure seamless contract management, and deliver exceptional service throughout the contract lifecycle. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Stakeholder Engagement: Build open, honest partnerships at local levels, presenting data and insights effectively to diverse audiences.

Supplier Management: Monitor third-party supplier performance against agreed metrics and drive optimization.

Contract Management: Lead change control, manage performance metrics and ensure successful delivery of managed service contracts. Support Hologic from pre-tender through post-tender phases and contract completion.

Retention Focus: Execute strategies to support customer retention and satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle. Facilitate issue resolution to drive performance and exceed customer expectations.

  • These young people are referred to us by local authorities and schools and will require some level of support in their educational and social-emotional journey
  • If selected, your role will be to provide this support via flexible and holistic trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
SEN / SEND Tutor tasks and responsibilities:
  • Planning each session of teaching / tutoring / mentoring
  • Providing the young person with holistic and engaging sessions which meet their needs and advance their educational and social-emotional journey
  • Completing lesson reports and providing feedback on the young person's progress
SEN / SEND Tutor requirements:
  • Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status / QTS / QTLS)
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience
  • Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and / or other Additional Educational Needs
  • Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes
  • Enhanced DBS (we can help obtain this at cost if needed)
  • Two professional references
  • You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote / online assignments

It is a strict requirement that you have the ability to work in a way that promotes the health, safety and wellbeing of children and young people and follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.

SEN / SEND Tutor employment status:
  • This position involves engaging with us as a Worker, to provide short-term engagements as and when they arise
  • You will work through a contract for service and will be paid via PAYE
  • We do not offer any set amount of work nor expenses coverage
  • Our insurance covers the work you do for us
  • This is not a self-employed tutoring / self-employed teaching position

What will your duties be?

  • Enforce on-street permitted parking policies and issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCN's) to vehicles in breach of these codes.
  • Record, report and take appropriate action on any defects found in street furniture or any suspicious vehicles in accordance with local procedure.
  • Represent the Company and the Council by promoting good public relation and providing advice and knowledge concerning parking related matters.
  • Use your radio and Hand-Held Computer Terminal (HHCT) equipment in a proper manner in accordance with practices.
  • Attend when needed judgment hearings to give endorsing material in connection with contested PCNs 
  • Report all issues and PEN's issued to your supervisor at the end of each shift.
