Day to day, you’ll be leading your people to deliver both individual and team objectives, including driving revenue combined with a great customer experience. As a Clinical Negligence Senior Associate, you will handle an engaging and challenging caseload, including:

• Brain injury claims


• Spinal injury claims


• Cerebral palsy claims


• Multiple injury and fatal accident claims

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and progress a diverse caseload of complex clinical negligence files


• Provide expert legal advice to clients with compassion and professionalism

• Be able to assist and help the department on a wide range of other legal matters such as IP, corporate, data privacy, compliance and property
