The role:  We are currently seeking full-time Study Skills Lecturers who will work  in close collaboration with subject lecturers to develop and teach study skills within the curriculum across a range of HE programmes from Foundation to Masters’ Level as part of our BSU, UoS and OBU partnerships. This includes for example, improving English language and numeracy, organisational and presentation skills, digital literacy and basic IT skills, reading, writing and higher order research skills. What you'll be doing:

  • Designing/documenting bespoke courses, digital resources, workshop plans and individual schemes of work as required to develop study skills in the curricula
  • Delivering/evaluating teaching and identifying areas for potential improvement to enhance the quality of teaching, learning and overall student experience in accordance with the GBS’s Learning and Teaching strategy
  • Providing feedback on individual and class progress in their understanding of academic writing and other relevant study skills
  • Providing tutorial consultations with students, constructive comments individual to each student's need, explaining where work fails to meet assessment criteria and suggesting ways to improve their work / working practices
  • Recording details from these appointments for statistical, evaluation and quality purposes, and to refer students to other services as appropriate
  • Effectively engaging with VLE and research resources and facilitate students’ learning by means of engagement with online resources and activities.
  • Contributing to GBS quality assurance systems and processes

About You: 

  • You will hold a Master's degree in relevant subject area (PhD desirable) 
  • You will have previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area
  • You will have successful track record of teaching adult learners from diverse backgrounds on HE programmes
  • You will have proven experience of providing individual and group study skills support in response to identified learning needs
  • You will be willing to lead a specific area of literacy development, such as reading, writing, critical thinking, numeracy, digital skills, research skills (quantitative or qualitative), project and dissertation support, peer-assisted learning;
  • You will be able to demonstrate a high level of digital literacy and advanced communication skills

SEN / SEND Tutor tasks and responsibilities:
  • Planning each session of teaching / tutoring / mentoring
  • Providing the young person with holistic and engaging sessions which meet their needs and advance their educational and social-emotional journey
  • Completing lesson reports and providing feedback on the young person's progress
SEN / SEND Tutor requirements:
  • Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status / QTS / QTLS)
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience
  • Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and / or other Additional Educational Needs
  • Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes
  • Enhanced DBS (we can help obtain this at cost if needed)

Are you a passionate and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer ready to take the lead in transforming digital experiences? At Residential Management Group (RMG) , one of the UK's largest and most respected property management companies, we're offering an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and make a real impact.

Based in our modern offices in either Hoddesdon (EN11 0DR) or Northwich (CW9 7LN), this hybrid role follows a bi-weekly schedule, with two office-based days every fortnight. You'll join a collaborative team of engineers, designers, and architects, leading the design and delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions that drive our business transformation and make a meaningful difference to the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, from design to deployment.
  • Design and document optimised, user-led technology solutions.
  • Engineer scalable, resilient, and secure Salesforce applications.
  • Conduct and document comprehensive technical testing, including automation where possible.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Provide expert-level support and mentorship to peers and junior engineers.
  • Ensure security-by-design in all engineering and service activities.
  • Offer expert advice on Salesforce capabilities and platform optimisation.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • 3+ years of experience managing the full Salesforce development lifecycle across multiple modules (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Field Service Clouds).
  • Strong ability to translate complex business needs into elegant Salesforce solutions.
  • Proven experience in technical design, business analysis, and delivering successful technical projects.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and process improvement.
  • Full UK driving license (occasional travel to other sites will be required).

Qualifications:

  • Current Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud).

RMG is growing and its Customer Service Contact Centre has exciting opportunities for Customer Service Advisors, to join our supportive team based in Northwich.   

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will join a friendly team of established and supportive Customer Service colleagues and become the voice of RMG. You'll be confident building rapport with our customers, answering a variety of queries relating to their properties and accounts.

We're excited to welcome new talent to our team! Successful candidates will begin their journey with us on Monday, 1st December 2025 .

Please note: Due to our structured and comprehensive training schedule, no holidays or appointments can be taken within your first month to ensure you don't miss any valuable training and you're able to put into practice what you have learnt.   

Once you finish training, the support and learning doesn't end there. We have a designated coach and your Team Leader, and you will have a 1-2-1 each month, alongside regular coaching and feedback to discuss your needs and provide valuable support and advice to help you develop in your role and increase your confidence. The support we offer our people is second to none and we will embrace you as one of the team from the moment you step through our door.  

More about your role  

You will be responding to inbound customer contacts/queries (via phone, email, WhatsApp or online chat) providing advice, guidance and services/solutions to meet customer needs. You will also ensure all transactions with customers are accurately recorded on our industry leading system (Salesforce) and process all documentation resulting from customer contacts ensuring information is passed to colleagues to action. You will regularly support other areas of the business with various projects.    

What hours will you be working?   

Our Customer Service Centre is a 24/7 operation to ensure we're always available to respond to customer's queries. The shift pattern is on a 4 week rotation, starting with 8-4pm, 9-5pm, 10-6pm and then 12-8pm. Every 4 weeks you will work a weekend shift and have days off in lieu on the week prior and after.

We're looking for self-motivated people with a positive attitude. Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential, we are looking for the people with the right skills and attitude, you can really forge a career within RMG.
