As a Treasury Dealer you will be responsible for executing and managing the Bank’s treasury investment portfolio across structured credit (CLOs, RMBS, ABS) and high-quality liquid assets (SSA, covered bonds, gilts). You will encompasses day-to-day management of IRRBB and FX exposures through interest rate and cross-currency derivatives, ensuring trades remain within risk appetite and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Hedging & Risk Management: Design and execute swaps, cross-currency swaps and FX forwards to manage IRRBB and FX risk.
- Align hedge activity with Board-approved risk appetite, ICAAP/ILAAP metrics, and PRA supervisory expectations.
- Investment Execution: Source, evaluate and execute investments in structured credit instruments (CLOs, RMBS, ABS) and other treasury assets.
- Negotiate allocations in primary issuance and manage secondary-market opportunities.
- Conduct manager and deal due diligence, prepare trade rationales, and ensure compliance with eligibility, capital and liquidity rules.
- Portfolio Management : Monitor positions, P&L, risk metrics and early warning indicators.
- Maintain accurate investment MI for Treasury Committee and ALCO.
- Proactively recommend portfolio adjustments to optimise risk/return
- Front-office experience in investment banking, treasury dealing or structured credit trading/analysis.
- Proven track record in sourcing, pricing and executing trades in CLOs, RMBS/ABS or comparable asset classes.
- Understanding of IRRBB metrics, cross-currency swap hedging and FX risk management.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (CRR, PRA Rulebook, Basel standards) as they apply to structured credit and derivatives.

Network Cloud is a software defined private infrastructure that hosts many of BT/EE’s core network, and network management functions, for our fixed and mobile services. We also have a mixed vendor hardware stack, including Dell, Cisco, Juniper, Infinidat, Pure and Gigamon
The Network Cloud Infrastructure specialist works both independently whilst also being part of a team to deliver all aspects of Infrastructure build – designing, building, deploying, maintaining, evolution and efficiency optimisations.
As part of this team, you will:
Design & development:
- Lead on the creation and implementation of high- and low-level designs for stable network and infrastructure environments that meet the needs for customers and partners, and are compliant with current security, privacy, and audit requirements.
- Deliver the required documentation to successfully land new solutions into the support organisation
Testing & Platform Validation:
- Lead on the platform testing strategy for all infrastructure types, defining and delivering automated testing to support the testing and validation of the platform design and evolution.

Hardware/Software Evolution:

Integration:
- Manage the installation, testing, and setup of new hardware both physical and virtual (firewalls, routers, switching, monitoring).
- Support the implementation of core and cloud infrastructure security to manage risks and exposure.
Skills you'll need
- Experience in designing, building, deploying, maintaining, evolving and optimising infrastructure.
- Strong interest in researching new technologies.
- Vendor and tenant engagement – being able to work with Vendors and tenants to understand how the work you are delivering will impact or integrate with their solutions.

- Taking the necessary steps to ensure dispute and resolution against cases assigned to you whilst maintaining a brilliant customer experience & securing payment upon enquiry resolution.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale network infrastructure. This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic design and operational delivery, operational support, both on-prem and cloud-based environments.

What you’ll be doing
- Design, configure, and maintain enterprise scale LAN, WAN, and hybrid cloud networks (AWS/Azure).
- Implement and manage network services including VPNs, VLANs, QoS, DNS, DHCP, ACI and Evpn and segmentation.
- Deploy and support enterprise-grade firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce access controls and ensure network compliance.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Monitor network performance, conduct capacity planning, and optimize for reliability.
- Document network architecture, configurations, and failover strategies.
- Ensure alignment with IT policies, audit requirements, and industry best practices.
- Keep abreast of relevant technologies in the area -Reading, attending briefings and talks.
Advantageous:
- Experience with enterprise-scale on-prem virtualisation (VMware)
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, hybrid environments).
- Familiarity with SD-WAN, network automation, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or other enterprise networking platforms.
- Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, NetFlow).
- Strong documentation and diagramming skills (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
Skills Required for the Role
Essential:
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent experience (CCNA minimum).
- Strong expertise in switching, routing, firewalling, wireless networks, and network security.
- Proven experience delivering complex network solutions within time, cost, and quality targets.
- Ability to dissect and resolve technical problems through structured analysis.
- Experience building effective partnerships across diverse teams and technologies.
- Awareness of industry trends and ability to align network strategy with broader business goals.
- Ability to provide – on call, as a service to the business as part of a team
Experience Required for the Role
- 5+ years of engineering experience in delivering Enterprise Scale Networking topology, design, build and support.
