Where will I be working?

Predominantly site based you'll be conveniently located to cover the North East and North Yorkshire regions with frequent long distance travel and overnight stays required

More about your role
As a Fire Asset Auditor, you will be responsible for inspecting and auditing a range of fire safety assets—such as apartment doors, communal doors, emergency lighting, alarms and lifts—across residential apartment blocks. You will conduct scheduled site visits within a given geography, ensuring that all assets meet health and safety regulations and identifying any risks. Your findings will be reported clearly and promptly to Property Managers and clients. This is a mobile role requiring daily travel to multiple sites and may include evening or weekend work to meet tenant or client needs. You may also be asked to travel nationally to cover colleague absences, so flexibility is key.

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required

As a Sales Advisor based in our Wetherby branch you’ll be responsible for:  

• Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.

• Booking stock in and putting it away in the designated location.

• Proactively contacting customers to build relationships and drive branch growth, particularly focusing on those with reduced or inactive spending.

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7:30am - 5pm (rota basis) and 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8am - 12pm (paid as overtime or time in lieu).
