About the Firm:
Our client is a well-established and growing law firm with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services. It is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy and collaborative Property Department. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing who is keen to grow within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class support to fee earners and the wider property team
- Handle client enquiries in person, via telephone and email; keep clients and estate agents informed of progress
- Open and prepare new files, manage transactions from instruction through to post-completion and archiving
- Carry out audio and copy typing tasks as required
- Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and manage supporting documentation
- Maintain case progress updates on LMS and Lender Exchange portals
- Submit registration applications to HM Land Registry and respond to requisitions promptly
- Ensure all processes comply with CQS and other regulatory standards
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, both physical and electronic and allocate accordingly
- Deal with client and office ledgers and undertake general administrative duties
- Attend internal departmental and firm-wide meetings as needed
- Use the firm's case management system efficiently (experience with Tikit is a plus)
- Act as the initial point of contact for incoming calls and general client enquiries
- Assist Directors, Department Heads and Fee Earners as required
About You:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a residential conveyancing environment
- Thorough understanding of the end-to-end conveyancing process
- Confident using LMS, Lender Exchange and Land Registry services
- Proven ability to support fee earners in a legal setting
- Strong client care, interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Windows and case management systems
- A positive, professional and proactive attitude
- Willingness to occasionally travel to other office locations if required

The Community Fundraising Lead will provide hands-on support and guidance to individuals and small volunteer groups across multiple regions, many of whom have championed the Charity for decades. Working with Marketing and Income Generation, you'll collaborate on projects, develop leads, and maximise fundraising activities with a strong focus on retention and long-term engagement.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will build on established networks, including loyal volunteer communities and church partners, overseeing initiatives such as our Ambassador programme so supporters feel confident representing the charity and sharing updates on national campaigns and community activities. You'll steward relationships at all levels, from pilgrim trek fundraisers to local bake-sale organisers, equipping volunteers with the tools, resources and recognition they need to thrive.
The successful candidate will be an empathetic, proactive relationship-builder with experience of community or volunteer-led fundraising and supporter stewardship. You'll bring strong communication skills, confidence working across faith and community settings, and the organisational flair to juggle multiple projects while maintaining excellent supporter care and compliance.
