You will be part of a constantly growing team of customer experience assistants working on a busy reception, no one day is the same, you will deal a variety of enquiries including giving information and guidance to potential and current students to guide them to their chosen course and career path.

We are a part of a 50 plus strong Customer Experience, Student Recruitment Department and we are located in central Leeds with easy access to the train and bus station. Our customer experience teams are located at various campus sites across Leeds and are part of Luminate Education Group.
What You Will Do:- Greet everyone with a smile, be friendly and enthusiastic to all students, visitors, and stake holders.
- To provide outstanding customer service, information and guidance over several different contact facilities, including face to face, telephone, email and web chat that represents the Luminate brand.
- Provide information and guidance to current and potential students on their journey from application to enrolment.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Take an active part in all college student recruitment related events such as open days and curriculum specific activities.
- Promote course specific curriculum programs and activities.
- Work to flexible and diverse workflows and shift patterns in line with business needs including the occasional Saturday.
- Relevant Customer Service qualification/training/experience.

Job Description
Leeds City College are recruiting for a Head of Creative Media and Digital Arts to join our team based at our Quarry Hill Campus.
We are looking for a passionate, creative individual who is ready to take Creative Media and Digital Arts to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with significant experience in Further Education. They will be outcomes focused ensuring that we deliver the highest standards of education for our students.
The Department of Creative Media and Digital Arts was assessed by the college quality processes as Outstanding for 24/25 with key strengths around achievement, industry links and progression to HE programmes. Recruitment this year exceeded target, and work is already underway to increase capacity for September 2026.
The Department has more than 600 learners, predominantly 16-18 years old, who study TV & Film Production, Animation, Games Design and Development, Journalism and Esports across levels 1, 2 and 3. There is also provision in T-Levels, Access programmes and embedded Adult provision.
Quarry Hill is a state-of-the-art campus, within the SOYO Cultural Quarter of Leeds, with impressive facilities and an aspirational ethos for both learners and colleagues.
