You will design and deliver engaging, hands-on outdoor learning experiences that help children and young people develop confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning. You will work with pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, including those with autism, ADHD, and other learning differences.

In this rewarding role, you will create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating outdoor environment, support emotional and social development, promote self-directed learning, and collaborate with teaching and pastoral staff to integrate outdoor learning across the curriculum.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and practical individual who:

• Has experience delivering or assisting with outdoor learning or Forest School sessions
• Is committed to the ethos of Forest School and experiential, nature-based education
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understands SEMH, autism, and/or special educational needs
• Can remain calm, positive, and proactive in dynamic or challenging situations
• Has strong behaviour management skills and can set and maintain clear boundaries
• Works flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team

Desirable:

• Experience in special education or working with children with behavioural needs
• Skills in bushcraft, gardening, outdoor cooking, wildlife, conservation, or similar

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and approachable professional with experience in office or school management. • Lead and support the Administration Team to deliver effective, high-quality administrative services.
