Role overview:

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:  
●    Ensuring the right products get to the right places at the right time.

Yes, you’ll need to love driving and being on the road, but you’ll need to love helping customers too. Our training will cover both state-of-the-art-tech and people skills as well – it’s all about equipping you to leave a smile on customers’ faces.

You will need:
●    A full Class C1 UK/EA licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
●    CPC card (and ideally) Tachograph card.
●    A passion for delivering great customer service.
●    The ability to handle heavy stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide input on decomposing complex problems into smaller manageable tasks by creating and prioritizing a backlog for the Product Team.
• Assist with managing the product backlog, contribute towards creating an effective vision and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations.

Essential Criteria

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Digital Product Manager 
• Must have experience in one or more of the following within the last 10 years COBOL, JCL, CICS, IMS, DB2, VSAM, and z/OS fundamentals.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling 
• Experience of development processes, human centered design, UX/UI design, and digital marketing
• Previous experience of breaking down complex initiatives into incremental and iterative deliverables aligned with Agile best practices and effectively communicating innovative product concepts to cross-functional development teams.
• Proven ability to apply data-driven decision-making to influence product direction and prioritization.

Desirable Criteria

• Understanding of the system behaviors, how batch and online transactions work, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Familiarity with RACF, encryption standards, and audit requirements, especially in regulated industries like Insurance or Finance

Essential Skills
