The role:
We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Willow Park school
Working collaboratively with the education team, you will deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs. You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working. This will guide your practice within an education setting and clarify your roles and responsibilities, while taking into account the requirements of your governing and professional bodies. You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.

Essential Criteria:
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registered
- 1-2 yrs experience as a fully registered member of the RCSLT working in a similar setting.
- Some relevant experience in a previously held job of engaging and working with individuals presenting with complex and diverse communication profiles
- Some knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma informed practice
- Some experience of multi-disciplinary working in a range of settings
- Some experience of communicating with/working with families/relatives and carers
- An interest in developing knowledge and skills in different areas of SaLT practice
- Good relationship building, analytical and judgmental skills
- Good communication skills (oral and written)

Class groups are small allowing you to focus on each pupil’s needs; all of our pupils are treated as an individual, one size does not fit all and we recognise that in our approach to learning by adapting our teaching to meet individual needs. A knowledge and understanding of autism and developmental trauma would be beneficial. We use an “in their own time and space” philosophy to support our pupils to navigate their lives. We focus on understanding behaviour for communication and use this to help support their social and emotional development. We have a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.
We need teachers who have a passion for working with pupils, have a compassionate, caring manner and a mature, non-judgemental approach to life. You will be a clear communicator and resilient.
At Oakham Shires, we have a maximum of 6 pupils per class with adult support therefore reducing paperwork and we allocate 7½ hours per week of non-contact time for training, PPA, meetings, etc. Staff enjoy a cooked lunch with pupils each day and time is set aside to focus on staff wellbeing.
Qualifications required: QTS.

Job Title: Secondary Maths Teacher

Salary : Up to £39,000 per annum (depending on experience — not pro rata)
Hours : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

About the Role
As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Secondary Maths Teacher to join our close-knit team at Oakham Shires School, part of Options Autism.
You'll be responsible for delivering GCSE Maths, supporting students across the school, and leading the subject as a Maths Subject Lead.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of autistic pupils who have struggled in mainstream education and need a tailored, compassionate approach.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Teaching Maths up to GCSE level in small class groups (max. 6 pupils)
- Supporting learners with autism and developmental trauma, helping close gaps in learning
- Leading on the Maths curriculum and supporting cross-school development
- Adapting lessons to meet a wide range of abilities and individual needs
- Creating a calm, supportive, and engaging classroom environment

About the role
The main purpose of the position is to provide technical support to installers and engineers working with Riello's products in the areas of fault diagnostics, equipment configuration, and spare parts selection.
As a Burner & Boiler Technical Support you will be responsible for:- Management of Riello Ltd technical helpline
- Answering technical queries via telephone and email
- Providing technical support to Riello Ltd sales & service team
- Assisting with Riello training courses
- Assisting with technical burner specification works (hands on)
- Updating internal technical files (website)
To be successful in the role you should have:
- A proven background within mechanical and electrical environment - ideally with experience of forced draught combustion and burner systems
- Good communication skills, good telephone manner
- Good computer skills ( especially MS Office)

Conducting analysis and evaluation of submarine platforms manoeuvring performance from concept design to in-service support
