Warehouse Operative – Exeter/Plymouth Area

Become part of our warehouse team in Exeter/Plymouth Area and help us scan, sort and relocate Amazon parcels. Immediate start, no experience needed.  
PAY RATE: 
£11.30 per hour day shift
£3.01 per hour night shift
Overtime, earn up to 2.60 per hour 

CONTRACT TYPE: 
Fixed term contract directly via Amazon.

SHIFTS: 
We offer a variety of shift patterns – days, nights, full time and part time.

Our warehouse is located in Southampton, Exeter/Plymouth Area (DEX2) and (DXP1).

This is a Permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week. As a Deputy Care Manager  you will receive £8,378 per annum

This is an opportunity for you to work alongside the Registered Care Manager to help run the service. As a Deputy Care Manager you will provide a customised, responsive and high quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments and/or learning disabilities.  You will be a frontline supervisor, supporting the manager to effectively manage a team of staff to deliver person centred, specialist services.

We’re looking for enthusiastic applicants who have:
  • 2 years’ experience in a leadership role / Deputy Manger role within a Health & Social care setting.
  • A sound knowledge of person-centred planning, planning rotas and rota management
  • Experience of supervising, mentoring and leading team members
  • Experience and knowledge of working to CQC guidelines.
  • Be IT literate and able to able to undertake some administration duties.
  • Have Substantial experience of providing support including personal care.
  • A positive, a can-do attitude.
  • Passion about enhancing other people’s lives.
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable for this role.
