The role: We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Fieldstone School based in Devon. The postholder will work collaboratively with both the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload. Working collaboratively with the team, the postholder will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students who may present with complex profiles of need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
Meeting the needs of EHCP plans will be a primary focus in this role, target led, via the OFG ‘all’, ‘group’ and ‘individual’ clinical ways of working, embedded into our clinical practice. They will also be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team and leading on the service development of the clinical school-based service, alongside the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead. Our Clinical Teams help maintain a person-centred, empowering approach always putting the pupils we support at the forefront of everything they do. All our settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, and the pupils we support are heard, respected, and involved in decisions that affect them. The Role
The purpose of a Mechanical Shift Technician is to maintain conditions of operating equipment by repair or replacement of failed components, troubleshooting and repairing routine mechanical problems on assigned equipment, conduct preventative maintenance on various manufacturing and packaging equipment, document WO's/PM's using computerised maintenance management system.
Support operations in equipment setup and adjustments to centreline operational output of assigned equipment, participate on MSE teams, train operators in AM activities, and conduct Breakdown Analysis
Shift Pattern - Monday - Friday
• Week 1 : 6am-2pm
• Week 2: 2pm-10pm

What We're Looking For
- Experience : Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
- Education: Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, or certifications such as CMfgE, CMRT, or HVAC Certification.
- Practical Experience : Apprenticeships, internships, or co-op programs in mechanical trades.

The Technical Operator will be accountable for the performance of several machines, processes, pieces of equipment and operational decisions at line level to achieve targets and coordinate resources as required.
What are we looking for?
Minimum 1 Year Manufacturing Experience (Essential):
Proven hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment is required
Mechanical Training or Background (Essential):

The Technical Operator will be accountable for the performance of several machines, processes, pieces of equipment and operational decisions at line level to achieve targets and coordinate resources as required.
What are we looking for?
Minimum 1 Year Manufacturing Experience (Essential):
Proven hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment is required
Mechanical Training or Background (Essential):
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex mechanical systems
Machinery Disassembly & Reassembly :
Skilled in dismantling machinery to analyze components and functionality, and reassembling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Microsoft Outlook & Excel Proficiency :
Competent in using Microsoft Outlook and Excel for communication, reporting, and data analysis.
Team Leadership/Coordination (Desirable):
Experience in leading or coordinating small teams of associates is highly valued.

The Role
