Must have experience selling into the public sector, particularly Law Enforcement / Policing.
Up to £150,000 p/a
Based from London or Cheltenham (Hybrid mix of WFH, Office and Client visits)
My client are a fast growing SME who supply data and cyber security services into the public and private sectors.
They are looking to hire a Sales Director who will be owning relationships and building new ones within the Law Enforcement / Policing sector.
The person who will get the role will be in the role of Sales Director or similar, or perhaps an experience BDM/Sales Manager who is ready for a step up. They must have experience of selling into Police / Law Enforcement. Experience of carrying out public sector bids and using government bid frameworks/portals like CCS, Police IT, or NFP is preferred.
A pre-requisite of this job is gaining security clearances, so as a minimum you must be a permanent resident of the U.K. for over 5 years.

About us
New Barn School is a growing school and caters for SEMH pupils aged 6-19. With almost 100 pupils across three sites, we are searching for someone to help us make a difference. We have a shared vision where we aim to build incredible futures by empowering neurodiverse pupils to be happy and make their way in the world.
Our growing school delivers a structured programme of education, tailored to each student’s individual needs and considering their Education, Health and Care plans. Students are taught in small cohorts and individually, by fully qualified teachers and instructors.
We provide inclusive education within a safe, nurturing environment where pupil’s needs are met.

About the Role
This is more than a leadership role – it’s a chance to make a lasting impact.
We are looking for an inspirational Headteacher who will champion our ethos of Thinking and Learning Differently . You’ll lead a dedicated team and shape an inclusive, forward-thinking learning environment that helps every pupil flourish – academically, socially, and emotionally.
You’ll be central in driving our strategic vision, fostering resilience, creativity, and confidence in pupils aged 6–19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and complex learning profiles.
About You
You are a compassionate leader with a strong moral purpose and a drive for transformational outcomes. You:
- Bring experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Head in a specialist SEMH setting.
- Are skilled in leading Ofsted inspections and improvement planning.
- Have a proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
- Understand the importance of therapeutic education and inclusive practice.
- Are adept at managing budgets and ensuring operational excellence.
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification.
