What you'll do:
- To provide professional audio services to Sky and third-party clients.
 
- Control audio from multiple sources to a high standard to provide a cohesive and balanced program sound mix to the viewer.
 
- Set up and operate communications systems to facilitate the effective operation of the production environment.
 
- Work closely with Production to plan audio requirements, providing guidance and advice on the opportunities and techniques that are available to enhance the service provided.

- Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, to provide and maintain our professional audio production facilities.

- To provide continuing guidance, instruction, and training to other members of the sound department.
 
- Support the Team Leaders in identifying the training needs of the department, providing mentoring, and coaching where applicable.
 
- Conduct good occupational health practices and general wellbeing at work by following Sky's Health & Safety policies and procedures. Reporting all issues to the H&S representative as appropriate

As a key member of the Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management team, you will help set the direction of Sky's Identity and Access Management (IAM) roadmap and strategy as we expand the platform (One Identity) to different business areas within Sky Group. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using One Identity Manager, including custom scripts and connectors for identity sources like Active Directory, LDAP, and HR systems.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure IAM solutions meet business needs, security standards, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining change control throughout the development lifecycle.
 - Conduct regular audits and assessments of the IAM stack to identify and resolve security gaps, and provide evidence to auditors as required.
 - Stay current with emerging technologies and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, NCSC), proactively recommending upgrades and improvements to senior stakeholders.
 - Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members, supporting best practices in authentication, access control, and identity lifecycle management.
 - Develop and deliver technical documentation and training materials to support platform adoption across Sky Group.
 
- Extensive hands-on experience with One Identity Manager and other Identity Governance tools, with strong knowledge of IAM protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
 - Proficiency in cross-platform scripting (e.g., T-SQL, PowerShell, Bash) and integration with on-premise/cloud directory services (Azure AD, GSuite, LDAP).
 - Deep understanding of legacy and modern authentication protocols, access controls, and identity lifecycle management.
 - Strong security awareness and familiarity with standards such as ISO27001, NIST, and CIS, with experience conducting audits and implementing controls.
 - Solid grasp of Web APIs including SOAP, REST, and GraphQL, and their role in IAM integrations.

As a Senior Performance Engineer, you will be working as part of Global Commerce Central test team. You will be responsible for coordinating performance testing activities, acting as a single point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless collaboration across various teams. We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our IoT Platform group. Reporting to the Head of Software Architecture, you will take ownership of the architecture for our consumer IoT devices and the AWS-hosted platform that supports them. The SRE team, is responsible for the implementation and administration of the infrastructure for the Video On Demand (VOD) content.
