We are currently seeking an experienced Civils Foreman or Supervisor to oversee works on a new infrastructure project in Caithness.
This role is available on both a long-term freelance basis or as a permanent position, offering flexibility to suit the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities li>Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily site operations
- Ensure works are completed safely, to programme, and to the required quality standards
- Liaise with the site manager, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Maintain site records and contribute to daily reporting
- Promote a strong health & safety culture at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Civils Foreman or Supervisor on civil engineering projects
- Strong background in infrastructure works such as earthworks, drainage, concrete, or utilities
