About the Role:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work collaboratively with teachers to support the learning and development of our students. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering, and evaluating learning activities for individuals, small groups, and occasionally whole classes, under the direction of the teacher.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other support plans.
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress , providing feedback to teachers and contributing to pupil progress reviews.
