We have a three form entry Primary in Blackpool seeking a motivated and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your expertise and contribute to raising standards across the school. This role is temporary term time, working hours offer 5 days work per week between Monday - Friday 8:30-3:30. Pay is 14.50-16 per hour. This role is open to any ECT's and HLTA's who are seeking classroom management experience across the school. The school also welcomes level 3 TA's to apply as the school are willing to support your professional development with HLTA training. The school has close motorway links, parking and a bus route outside.
About the Role:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work collaboratively with teachers to support the learning and development of our students. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering, and evaluating learning activities for individuals, small groups, and occasionally whole classes, under the direction of the teacher.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other support plans.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress , providing feedback to teachers and contributing to pupil progress reviews.
