The Identity and Access Control Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution of user access processes across AVEVA's business-critical systems and is accountable for processing, provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews in line with internal control expectations. This Role will work closely with platform teams, control stakeholders, and end users to ensure access-related tasks are carried out in a secure, consistent, and compliant manner.
**Key responsibilities**
- Process joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) access requests across business critical systems.
- Support execution of regular access certification, role review, and privileged access activities.
- Assist in maintaining accurate RBAC configurations and segregation of duties (SoD) records.
- Track access exceptions and ensure follow-up and resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation to support internal control testing and audit walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with system owners and IT support teams to resolve access-related issues.
- Contribute to improvements in access control workflows, evidence traceability, and documentation standards.
- Support knowledge transfer and help onboard new team members.
**Essential requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in access management, IT support, or audit coordination.
- Understanding of access provisioning, RBAC, SoD, and identity-related IT general controls.
- Experience with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Workday.

The **Senior Identity and Access Control Lead** is responsible for overseeing the governance of user access controls across AVEVA's business-critical systems and is accountable for executing identity lifecycle processes across in-scope platforms, ensuring provisioning, de-provisioning, periodic reviews, and privileged access are properly documented, risk-assessed, and compliant with internal control requirements. This includes leading regular access reviews, coordinating identity-related ITGCs, and ensuring evidence supports PCAOB/SOX compliance.
This Role will work closely with platform teams, control owners, and auditors to ensure identity-related risks are appropriately managed and access processes are operated in a secure, consistent, and compliant manner.
**Key responsibilities**
+ Lead execution of identity lifecycle processes including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows
+ Enforce role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and provisioning standards across enterprise systems
+ Coordinate periodic access reviews, privileged access monitoring, and emergency/firefighter access governance
+ Maintain audit-ready documentation and demonstrate operational effectiveness of access control processes
+ Collaborate with application owners, control stakeholders, and internal/external auditors to validate identity-related ITGCs
+ Recommend improvements to strengthen access governance, documentation, and evidence traceability
+ Mentor junior access control analysts and contribute to establishing a sustainable Identity Control capability within the first line of defence
+ Guide stakeholders on access control standards and remediation activities
**Essential requirements**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline
+ 5+ years of experience in identity governance, access management, or IT compliance
+ Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD principles, and identity-related general IT controls
+ Hands-on experience with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, or similar enterprise platforms
+ Familiarity with PCAOB/SOX frameworks and access control requirements
+ Experience using Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint), ServiceNow, or identity management tools
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience with audit and stakeholder interaction
**Desired skills**
