Central London (1 day per week in office)

The Role
This newly created position will focus on identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality leads with global brands, media planners, advertisers, and publishers. You'll be the first point of contact for new prospects, booking introductory meetings for the Account Directors and working closely with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across global markets
Generate and qualify new leads via outbound outreach, email campaigns, and tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and Apollo
Build trusted relationships with prospects to support a long sales cycle
Set up and participate in introductory meetings between qualified prospects and Account Directors
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine the lead generation playbook
About You
1+ year in a sales, lead generation, or SDR role, with a track record of exceeding targets
Strong communication skills and confident engaging senior stakeholders
Highly organised, with CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Familiarity with sales intelligence tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo
Experience in ad-tech, brand measurement, or SaaS sales is desirable
