- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside other departments to understand financial flows, address inquiries, and support shared objectives.
- Month-End Close and Variance Analysis: Assist in closing activities by preparing reports and identifying variances between actuals and forecasts.
- Engage in High-Level Financial Communication: Provide updates and support to upper management and finance leadership teams on financial matters and key performance indicators.
- Support Sales Organization: Act as a liaison between Finance and Sales, ensuring revenue-related transactions are accurately processed and documented.
- Execute Core Finance Processes: Participate in day-to-day accounting tasks, reconciliations, and process improvements.
- Manage Invoicing Process: Oversee invoice generation, validation, and submission for client accounts, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
