- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to inform acquisition strategies.
- Perform site visits and property inspections to assess condition, potential, and feasibility.
- Carry out comprehensive due diligence, including title searches, planning checks, and environmental assessments.
- Prepare financial viability reports, including projected costs, revenues, and ROI analysis.
- Negotiate purchase terms and conditions with property sellers and their agents.
- Liaise with legal advisors, surveyors, and other professionals throughout the acquisition process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property agents, landowners, and other key industry contacts.
- Present acquisition proposals and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:
- A degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in property acquisition, development, or investment analysis.
- Strong understanding of the property market, particularly within the commercial and residential sectors.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of property law, planning regulations, and due diligence processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Membership of RICS or working towards it is advantageous.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel.
