- Meeting and greeting visitors and dealing efficiently and sensitively with a wide range of people and issues (in person or over the phone / email). Being a welcoming first point of contact for all visitors to the school whilst maintaining a high degree of security to the school
- Operating the door entry system and Inventory. making sure that this is a secure system
- Receiving and distributing school post, organising dispatch of post at end of day
- Receiving and distributing deliveries
- Attendance - checking class registers & dinner lists daily
- Supporting the Senior Administrator with production and submission of attendance letters ad follow-up calls
- Supporting the team with data entry form of all new starter forms and creating new pupil files for these.
- Responsible for whole school resources - carrying out regular stock check and updating inventory of items
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Strong administration skills
- Enhanced DBS Cleared
- Previous experience working in an administrative role in a busy office - essential
- Experience of maintaining clear and accurate records
- Experience of successfully operating systems / processes and working to deadlines
