Your new role

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and dealing efficiently and sensitively with a wide range of people and issues (in person or over the phone / email). Being a welcoming first point of contact for all visitors to the school whilst maintaining a high degree of security to the school

  • Supporting the team with data entry form of all new starter forms and creating new pupil files for these.
  • Responsible for whole school resources - carrying out regular stock check and updating inventory of items
