**The Role:**
Our site in Alconbury, Huntingdon are looking for an Administration Assistant on a full time, permanent basis. Hours will be 37.5 hours per week, with core hours between 9am-4pm - hours outside of this can be flexible to suit your needs.
You will be the first point of contact for a wide variety of visitors to site, liaising with internal teams, working within our Reprographics department and organising transportation requirements.
Full training will be provided, however, experience in a previous reception or customer service role is greatly preferred due to the nature of the work.
**Duties:**
+ Working from the concierge front desk, greeting visitors and operating the switchboard for the site.
+ Managing the booking of meeting rooms and associated hospitality in line with customers requirements.
+ Booking transportation on behalf of visitors across Huntingdon, Eye and Shardlow.
+ Working within the reprographics team to include photocopying, scanning raw data, printing, binding, guillotine services and laminating
+ Distribution and reporting of TMS tickets for the Soft Services team
+ Raising purchase orders and managing invoices for Soft Services
+ Managing fleet of hire vehicles, including the associated booking systems, drivers license checks, organising servicing and repairs.
+ Other administrative duties as required
**Education requirements:**
+ GCSE level or equivalent including English and Maths
**Experience:**
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Able work under to strict deadlines
+ Experience of working within a customer facing or administrative role
+ Experience within reprographics would be advantageous
+ Computing skills, including word processing and use of Microsoft Office packages
+ General management and interpersonal skills to participate in a positive culture and collaboration with internal teams
+ Great communication skills needed to communicate effectively at all levels internally as well as with external clients, suppliers, etc.
