Job Title: Site Administrator
Location: Immingham, UK
Contract Type: 6 months
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Site Administrator to support the delivery of a major CCGT construction project based in Immingham . This role is with the Principal Contractor , and offers the opportunity to be part of a key infrastructure development.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining documentation, tracking records, and assisting with the day-to-day administration required to keep the site running efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage site documentation and filing systems.
- Assist the Health & Safety team with documentation, inductions, and compliance tracking.
- Update and manage Excel-based registers and logs (e.g. permits, PPE, training records).
- Support site teams with administrative needs including timesheets, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Liaise with subcontractors and ensure accurate record keeping for site access and documentation.
- Assist with general office duties and coordination of site resources.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a construction or engineering environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel - must be confident working with spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with Health & Safety procedures on construction sites is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced site environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
Desirable:
- CSCS card or similar site safety certification.
- Previous experience supporting a major energy or infrastructure project.
- Knowledge of document control systems (e.g. Aconex, Viewpoint, or similar)
