**Overview**
As an **Advertising Account Manager** , you will own the day-to-day planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing and retail media campaigns across a portfolio of enterprise and strategic clients. You will serve as a subject matter expert on retail media platforms, digital advertising strategies, feeds and/or performance metrics. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll collaborate closely with clients to align media tactics to business goals, while working cross-functionally to ensure accurate campaign setup, timely execution, and actionable insights.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage a portfolio of client accounts overseeing the strategy, planning execution and optimization of digital and retail media campaigns across major digital marketing and retail media platforms.
+ Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies that drive performance and measurable outcomes.
+ Set up, monitor, and optimize campaign performance, managing budgets, bids, and ad creatives.
+ Leverage deep knowledge of Rithum's platform and tools to optimize client programs and outcomes.
+ Act as a trusted advisor, expanding relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers while providing regular reporting and insights to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
+ Partner with Client Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Product teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact media programs.
+ Stay up to date with digital marketing and retail media trends, ad formats, and platform capabilities.
+ Educate clients on industry best practices and platform changes.
**Qualifications**
Minimum Qualifications
+ 3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, media buying, or ecommerce advertising.
+ Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans, with measurable success in improving client performance.
+ Hands-on experience managing campaigns in platforms like Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, or similar.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies. Demonstrated ability to generate insights on performance, channel health, and industry trends to guide client strategy.
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and clients alike. Experience working collaboratively on large teams and managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
+ 3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, media buying, or ecommerce advertising.
+ Experience working in an agency or SaaS environment.
+ Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, digital merchandising, and attribution models.
