We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Amazon Advertising Manager to oversee and optimise our advertising campaigns on Amazon for our VMS brands (Nutravita and Alpha Foods). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem (including AMS and DSP), data-driven decision-making skills, and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns that drive sales and maximise return on investment (ROI).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver strategies to win across Eu marketplace using Amazon full marketing stack with a focus on the lower funnel.
- Weekly/ Daily optimisation of campaigns in line with performance, budgets and targets.
- Optimise campaigns through continuous A/B testing, bid adjustments, keyword research, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s advertising policies, algorithm changes, new 3rd party self-service tools, and best practices to maintain campaign effectiveness.
- Provide stakeholders with regular reports and actionable insights, highlighting performance improvements and recommendations.
- Manage and optimise advertising budgets to ensure cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with brand and creative teams to develop engaging ad copy, product images, and videos for advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with Amazon account management team to align Amazon advertising with commercial strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate with in-house digital marketing and media team to align on overall marketing & media strategy and best practices. Coordinating with these teams on Amazon attribution and DSP where necessary, for full funnel marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with performance teams across the organisation to develop playbooks and build best practice
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Amazon Advertising (AMS and DSP) and PPC campaign management.
- Minimum 1 year of Amazon Account Management (seller and/or vendor central)is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Expertise in using Amazon Advertising Console (including Amazon Attribution & DSP), Seller Central (including Brand Analytics), and third-party PPC tools (e.g., Helium 10, Stackline)
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, marketing, finance, sales, etc).
- Presentation skills & stakeholder management skills – whilst giving presentations will not be essential to the day-to-day focus of job, the right candidate would need to present strategy & performance to senior management when necessary.
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). German, French, Italian or Spanish language skills beneficial but not essential.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced E-Commerce Amazon Advertising Manager to own and scale the Amazon advertising program end-to-end. Working for a successful retail brand, this role will involve planning, building, and optimising various Amazon ad formats to drive profitable revenue and improve key metrics such as traffic, conversion, TACOS/ROAS, and BSR. You will leverage testing and automation to deliver measurable improvements across product listings.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Build ASIN/category media plans with clear TACoS/ROAS and contribution margin targets.
- Forecast demand with Supply Chain to prevent out-of-stock situations during scaling and promotions.
- Collaborate with Marketplace/Content teams on listing SEO, images, A+, and Stores to enhance CVR.
Campaign Management (Amazon Primary)
- Create and manage SP/SB/SD structures including match types, portfolios, and placement adjustments.
- Implement dayparting, budget pacing, and placement multipliers using platforms like Kapoq, Perpetua, Pacvue, and Teikametrics.
- Harvest search terms and ASINs; maintain negative lists.
- Coordinate promotional activities such as vouchers, coupons, and Store updates with media bursts.
Optimisation & Experimentation
- Continuously optimise bids and budgets; refine queries, placements, and audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing for creative assets, headlines, and Store pages.
- Focus on improving rank on priority queries while maintaining efficiency.
Measurement & Reporting
- Develop weekly dashboards to track Sessions, Unit Session %, CVR, BSR, Share of Voice, ROAS/TACOS, and Profit per SKU.
- Link ad performance directly to P&L components like COGS, fees, and returns.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Compliance & Cross-Functional
- Ensure adherence to Amazon advertising and content policies.
- Work closely with Customer Service and Operations to address issues impacting CVR.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2-4 years’ experience with Amazon Ads is essential (SP/SB/SD; DSP is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue growth at target TACOS/ROAS and improve BSR.
- Proficiency in campaign management tools and rank/SEO tools such as Kapoq, Perpetua, Pacvue, Teikametrics, DataHawk, and Helium 10.
- Strong skills in Excel/Sheets (pivots/lookups) and familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Power BI).
