**Key Responsibilities:**

+ To drive & lead selected strategic & transformational initiatives within the EMEA SCM line of business, that contribute to the growth of the business area.

+ Advising account teams on opportunities based on success probabilities and strategic account positions
+ Develop and deliver compelling stories and 'why SAP SCM' messaging that illustrate differentiated business outcomes, utilizing standard messaging and digital assets throughout the customer journey
+ Collaborate with customers and partners to co-create an agreed-upon SAP vision, aligning messaging and gaining customer trust
+ Ensure world-class customer experiences in critical segments, driving adoption and consumption to maximize customer value
+ Build a culture of excellence as part of the regional team, with a mindset of General Manager driving the business forward.
+ Continuously explore and communicate the added value of SAP solutions to each account, supporting the process of value expansion and increased revenue.
**Experience:**
+ Strong domain knowledge of Supply Chain Management and the Supply Chain solutions marketplace
+ Experience in supply chain management sale would be an advantage

The Role

Senior Human Resources Advisor (Bilingual English-Spanish)
Salary: £43,000–£45,000 per annum

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our team. 

This is a pivotal role responsible for managing core HR processes, advising both employees and managers, and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and employment legislation.

You will lead on Employee Relations (ER) casework, supervise a direct report, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment with best practices and legal standards. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential. 

Essential Skills and Behaviours

  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in a similar HR advisory role, with a strong focus on employee relations
  • Experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
  • Professional, diplomatic, and able to handle sensitive situations tactfully
  • A positive, solution-focused mindset with a flexible approach to work
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to team success

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish — written and spoken

Qualifications

  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (Level 5 or above preferred)
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

Job Description

The purpose of this job is to support the Head of HR in providing a comprehensive, professional and customer focused HR service to all levels of staff, ensuring good HR practice across Keltbray.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing advice and assistance to management and staff on HR policies, procedures and legislation.
  • Lead and advise on employee relations issues (including disciplinary, grievance, absence, probations) through to an effective resolution.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of internal policies, guidelines and processes which provide an effective, consistent and timely delivery of the HR services.
  • Providing reliable and trusted employment law advice.
  • Reviewing and updating job descriptions.
  • Monitoring key HR analytics, such as turnover and retention rates for your stakeholder group.
  • Coordinating the performance review process for your stakeholder group.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for your stakeholder group providing an exquisite employee experience.
  • Dealing with various HR queries for your allocated stakeholder group. Acting as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members.
  • Implementing and coordinating change management programmes in your stakeholder group.

Requirements

Essential:

Minimum of 3 Years HR experience

CIPD Level 5 Qualified 

Excellent Microsoft skills including Word, Excel and Outlook

Desirable:

CIPD level 7, member of CIPD
