This team is 40 people strong and has growth plans, and sign off, to double in size within two years due to the work in the pipeline and relationships they hold. This person in this position will be ear-marked for fast track to Director within 1-2 years and, because of this, they are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager.
This person will ideally have extensive supply chain planning and/or Sales & Operations Planning experience and will be looking to leverage and expand their expertise in Supply Chain, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results leading complex projects and driving business growth. The diverse nature of engagements requires candidates to demonstrate comfort working with ambiguity and a commitment to continuous adaptation and professional development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain transformation , developing transformative operating models across a broad spectrum of industries through data-driven insights and the effective deployment of leading-edge technologies.
