Role Overview:
This candidate will play a very pivotal role in undertaking comprehensive commercial due diligence and counterparty analysis across the various markets in Europe. - Define and direct lines of inquiry and focus areas based on potential operational and commercial risks in diverse sectors and geographies.

- Producing high quality reports.
- To be able to develop and present clear, commercially-focused briefings and reports for all levels of stakeholders, including deal teams and the C-suite ensuring communication of key findings and insight.
- Leadership, develop and grow your team-including identifying and hiring new talent to meet increasing demand.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years in commercial advisory positions; preference to experience with consultancy, legal, investment advisory, compliance or related profiles
- Excellent skill in verbal/written English; proficiency in an additional European language will be an advantage
- Strong track record of team along with large project management with a strategic orientation
- Strong commercial/cultural acumen with sharp insights relating to the European business and regulatory landscapes.

This role is suited to experienced professionals with a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) or Battlespace/ISR management background , capable of operating effectively in complex, high-tempo environments.
