- Perform detailed analysis, simulations, and performance evaluations of avionics hardware and software.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams (e.g., structures, propulsion, software) to ensure seamless integration of avionics systems.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in aerospace engineering, with a strong focus on avionics systems design and development.
- Proven expertise in systems engineering principles and processes within the aerospace industry.
- In-depth knowledge of avionics standards, certification requirements, and industry best practices.
- Experience with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) and modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Ada) and hardware description languages (e.g., VHDL/Verilog) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
