Insight & Innovation
- Champion audio by sharing insight, performance data, and case studies to inspire investment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop insight-led responses to brief and new revenue initiatives.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with specialists across planning, digital, creative and operations to deliver outstanding client campaigns.
- Ensure effective campaign delivery and ongoing optimisation to drive repeat business.
- Support coach and mentor Activation/Media Execs guiding them through their progression and development
- Work closely with your OOH colleague to ensure we are maximising opportunities across both revenue streams
Forecasting & Pipeline
- Maintain a clear and accurate pipeline via Salesforce forecasting performance by week and month and identifying trends.
- Have a clearly defined and workable business plan for your portfolio
- Be accountable for revenue targets and performance metrics across your agency patch.

- Either 3+ years' media sales experience within an agency-facing role, or 5+ years media agency experience and looking to transition into media sales.
- An established black book of senior agency contacts (planning, buying, strategy, and programmatic teams). For this role we are specifically looking for fantastic contacts at WPP, ideally Essence Mediacom, and contacts at Dentsu and IPG are also a bonus.
- A track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Confidence pitching and closing large deals with major clients

As the Agency Partner, you will be an integral member of the Sales team, reporting directly into the Senior Agency Investment Lead.
This role is responsible for delivering the business strategy, defined by the Sales Leader to deliver against our revenue, reputation, and relationship objectives across a defined patch of agencies.
Informed by the customer growth framework, this role will also focus on cross and upselling of our products, working in concert with the rest of the customer team to identify the richest areas of opportunity, prioritise and match by customer to allow us to maximise these opportunities.
This role will also act in deep collaboration with the other customer groups, driving consistently high standards of work across the entire sales floor, to ensure we have motivated and passionate integrated teams, that deliver outstanding results.
The role will have direct responsibility for the revenue number across their agency patch, trading and negotiating the deals where relevant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use specialist and wider market knowledge to build a deep and insightful understanding of our customers
- Develop a strategy by agency that will allow us to optimise & deepen our relationships and translate into target delivery.
- Drive the contact strategy for each agency and maintain strong relationships with senior agency contacts
- Account management of agencies within defined patch
- Gateway for all agency briefs to ensure a strategic oversight rooted in deep understanding of the customer and driving 'best in class' quality of our work
- Assessing the quality of the brief, having initial discussions with agency contacts, conferring with strategic lead around lifecycle and direction of the brief.
- Oversight of brief response process for agency briefs to ensure high standards and responsibilities are met.
- Work closely with Specialist leaders to coordinate the integrated specialist teams to ensure customer service levels and quality of work is delivered
- Agree agency/ client priority of cross /up sell across a defined patch of customers with accountability for delivery vs targets.

- Reporting and forecasting full agency revenues across all 4Sales products to ensure full agency patch view

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to deliver to tight timescales
- General understanding of FCA regulation, including Consumer Duty
- Experience with intermediary administration, TOBA/LOA processes, and contract management
- Familiarity with AXA Health systems (Salesforce, Actisure) and data entry
- Ability to liaise effectively with intermediaries, networks, and internal teams (e.g., Relationship Managers, Underwriting, Membership)
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
