- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and navigate change effectively.
- Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including offshore development resources.
- Exposure to AI-driven automation or data intelligence projects is advantageous.
- Strategic mindset with a delivery-first approach, capable of balancing tactical execution with long-term vision alignment.
This is an initial 6 month contract - Outside IR35 - hybrid working with a team who are in London 3 days per week.
